I am Ilona and Stott Pilates® certified instructor.

I have followed intensive training for pilates instructor at Real Pilates in Dubai. The Stott Pilates® method is a school that differs from other pilates courses.

Stott Pilates® is recognized worldwide and that is also the main reason why I chose this method.

At the moment I regularly attend workshops and pilates related courses at K'Dans in The Hague.

I like to do this to keep developing myself.
